By now, everyone's used to cheap cardboard boxes filled with a mess of paper shavings. Our gorgeous hardwood boxes are designed by you (or us!) and assembled by hand. The swag won't bounce around in the mail, because each piece has a custom spot we've carved to fit it exactly.
Your box will be hand-painted with your company color and emblazoned with a beautiful design. If you don't have design resources internally, we're here to help!
We'll scan your swag and cut the foam so it fits perfectly. You can write a bit about each item, and even link to more info with a QR code!

Each custom project varies depending on the complexity of certain design variables but on average it takes 45-days for clients to receive completed boxes
Our production time takes a bit longer than conventional paper box makers due to the increased number of steps and manufacturing processes needed to complete an OnBoard wooden box. The main time consumers are:
Custom boxes start at $49/unit. They're a bit more expensive than the cardboard swag boxes out there, but the quality is worth it!
Orders start at 50-100 units. Our clients are normally larger companies, who have many new hires annually and multiple reasons to give out high-end welcome boxes. That being said, our boxes all come standard with removable foam inserts. For the smaller companies can gut the old foam and add in new ones if they want to change up their swag or swap the function of the box in the future. For example, each new hire class can get a unique swag kit, but the same external box can be used for all!
Sure can! Customized items seem only to increase the value of the gift box being given. Each add on feature slightly increases the unit cost according to quantity, material, and complexity. Don’t worry, all add on options will be discussed and pricing transparent from the get go.
Of course. Some clients feel more comfortable getting their hands on the physical box before placing larger production orders. Other clients prefer our 3D Photorealist mockups to speed up the process and keep sample costs at a minimum.
Making one sample box requires the same amount of design time and effort as 1,000 boxes. A single sample also require us to CNC customized brass molds for the embossing process and development of custom transfer screens for the printing, drying, etc.
Sampling boxes start at $350 and can take up to 30-days to complete.

Therefore, the client is largely responsible for compiling and customizing their individual swag items. From past experience, we have found it works best with collaboration between 3 parties:
Clients order the exact swag they want from one of the many corporate swag suppliers, then sends us the items for us to repackage and present in a premium way. If you have a specific item that you really want but can make or find, let us know. We might be able to help solve this problem for you.
