What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Typical MOQs are:
⬝ 500 units for paper-wrapped and leather-wrapped rigid boxes.
⬝ 200 units for wooden boxes.
If you’re near these quantities, we can still guide you—submit a Fit Check and we’ll confirm what’s feasible for your format and timeline.
Can we see samples or prototypes before production?
Yes. We can provide physical samples / pre-production proofs so you can confirm fit, finish, color, and overall presentation before committing to a full run. Many clients use sampling to validate bottle fit and unboxing experience—especially for gifting and DTC programs.
Can you match our brand colors and materials?
Yes. Share your brand standards (Pantone/CMYK, reference materials, and logo files) and we'll work to match your brand color consistently across the packaging. We'll also help you choose materials/finishes that align with your brand (matte, soft-touch, foil, emboss, etc.).
Do you provide shipping boxes / shippers?
We currently provide delivery support for shipping your finished packaging from our manufacturer to your facility. If you need DTC-ready shipping solutions (outer cartons/corrugated shippers, etc.), tell us how you plan to ship (single DTC vs. bulk, label-on-box vs. outer carton). We'll guide you toward the right protection approach and what to source alongside the gift box.
What information do you need to recommend a solution and pricing?
To give an accurate recommendation and pricing direction, we typically need:

⬝ Bottle count per box (1/ 2/ 3/ 6/ 12).
⬝ Quantity and needed-by date.

Can one box fit multiple bottle shapes/sizes?
Often, yes—depending on bottle mix and the insert approach. If you want a universal-fit solution (standard + Burgundy/Champagne-style, etc.), we'll steer you toward structures/inserts designed for that.
Do you offer rush timelines?
Sometimes. Rush feasibility depends on structure, finishes, sampling needs, and current production capacity. Share your deadline in the Fit Check and we'll confirm the fastest responsible option.
Do you store packaging or support reorders?
